To find your support token

  • Click on the yellow wheel (settings button)
  • Click on Settings (blue button)
  • Click on Support (purple button)

You will be presented with a pop-up containing both your Token & Version Number.  

The best way to communicate an issue to us, is to click on the Email us button from this Support Token, as the email will automatically contain the required information we need to debug your issue.

You may also opt to take a screenshot of this and send to us in your correspondence to us.
